With over three decades of experience in architecture, interior design, and project management, Gary Wolczak brings a seasoned perspective to every project. He’s known for his work in corporate interiors and financial institutions, and his portfolio also spans educational, judicial, and healthcare environments.

As Studio Leader, Gary guides his team through all phases of design and execution—from site surveys and contract documentation to shop drawing reviews and consultant coordination. His collaborative approach ensures seamless integration across disciplines, including structural, mechanical, electrical, lighting, acoustical, and furniture design.

Gary’s deep knowledge of NYC Codes, IBC, LEED, BOCA, and ADA standards helps deliver spaces that are not only compliant and safe, but thoughtfully designed with users in mind.

In his spare time, he is an avid golfer and musician who owns his own recording studio and record label, with two albums to his name. He also enjoys the outdoors and fishing, and loves spending time with his son racing remote-control cars.
