Hailey graduated from Rutgers University – New Brunswick with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management. She joined ENV’s administrative team in 2024 and has since been working closely with multiple teams in the office.

Hailey’s previous experience in admin/management have provided her with a unique perspective and an understanding of the different facets that go into a business, which she continues to use and expand on at ENV.

In her spare time, Hailey enjoys traveling, hanging with friends, and matcha.
