Local 1-2 Utility Workers

The Utility Workers Union bought a building on 36th Street in Manhattan to house their Union employees. The Utility Workers of New York keep the power on, keep the water flowing, make sure gas is there when you need it, and much more. They power America in natural gas, nuclear, and hydro-electric power plants, ensuring the lights stay on around the clock.

ENV designed the 3 upper floors of new office space for Local 1-2. These floors were completely gutted in order to create a new workplace ideally suited for the client. The project was completed on time and below budget.
