Arielle graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and a minor in Art History. With two decades of experience in commercial interior design, she has led projects across a wide range of market sectors, including sports and recreation, higher education, workplace, multifamily housing, restaurants, and healthcare. Her diverse experience enables her to approach each project with creativity, strategic thinking, and a focus on delivering thoughtful, functional design solutions.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Arielle is both a visual thinker and an empathetic listener who excels at transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable plans. She works closely with clients and project teams to build consensus, mentor emerging professionals, and create environments that balance aesthetics, functionality, and long-term value.

Arielle lives in Chesterfield with her husband, two children, two dogs, and two cats. Outside the office, she spends much of her time cheering on her kids at sporting events and traveling with her family. She enjoys reading in both print and audiobook formats and loves exploring new places—whether it’s discovering a faraway destination or playing tourist in her own home state. Given the choice, she’ll always prefer an oceanside locale.
