New Residential Development in Ohio – 700 Lake

ENV is currently working in Rocky River, OH on a residential project located on the shores of Lake Erie. The project comprises of a 5-floor condominium building with 24 oversized units, and 4 separate townhome buildings. Upon completion, it will feature lavish amenities including a pool and premier access to the lake.
