Helps Design New Intake Room
Richmond, VA

Whitney Campbell of ENV Virginia recently volunteered her time to help design an intake room for the local Child Protective Services (CPS) office in Richmond, VA. Whitney is a Richmond City foster parent and was extremely moved and passionate about this project. The intake room is a crucial part of the agency’s process as it is the first place children are exposed to when situations arise.

The Richmond CPS office provides a full range of services including parenting education, substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment, counseling, medical assistance, financial assistance, budgeting, housing assistance, and mentoring programs. Our team is happy to be able to help support the work that this amazing team does!

Whitney, Principal of ENV Virginia spoke at the opening of the new intake room this past December.

The new room was designed to provide a comforting home-like environment for visitors to use including soft seating, a play area, and TV with video games.
