From Dated to Dynamic: A Modern Transformation for VHHA’s Atrium

The VHHA group sought a significant modernization of their lobby and common areas. Their atrium, originally constructed in the early 1980s to connect two existing buildings, presented an opportunity for transformation. Despite a limited budget for the atrium renovation, ENV successfully created a modern aesthetic with minimal disruption to tenants and staff. This was achieved through strategic finish replacements, basic repairs, and the installation of new lighting that utilized existing locations and rough-in. New furnishings provide flexible and streamlined functionality, easily adapting the space for evening galas or daytime corporate events.
