430 Main Street

ENV is designing a new 6-story mixed-use development that will serve as a beacon at the entrance into Hackensack, at the corner of Main Street and Anderson Street, part of the Main Street rehabilitation district in the city.

The building will consist of 40 spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments (each with a terrace) on the 2nd – 6th floors, a residents’ gym, multiple rooftop amenity spaces, 2,800 sq. ft. of ‘workshare’ space for residents on the 2nd floor, a sidewalk café on the 1st floor and two levels of resident parking at and below grade. With a transitional look and large expanses of glass, the development will have a strong connection with the redeveloped street and neighborhood.
