Caplansky’s Deli

Caplanksky’s Deli, located in Toronto Pearson International Airport, was one of the units added during the airport’s food service upgrade. While designing this space we chose to highlight the history and story that the brand had to tell. Zane, the Owner’s photo, is displayed in the deli telling the story of how his quest for a good sandwich led to him creating this now-famous chain. Natural wood elements, subway tile, and brick finishes created a clean homestyle feel which can be felt throughout.
