Local 14-14B

ENV has a long history of doing projects for the local New York City Unions, as well as other national Unions. One recently completed project is for Local 14 – 14B, which represents heavy machinery and crane operators throughout the New York City region. The Union needed a bigger and better headquarters, as their previous building was outdated and obsolete. ENV helped them design their new home. The project transformed both the interior and exterior of a former bank building located in Flushing, Queens, New York.

Features in their new office structure include new interconnecting stairs, a new passenger elevator, classrooms, meeting areas, multiple office suites, a shape up hall, increased parking, and a boardroom with an outdoor terrace for Union functions.
