After working as a dermatologist for more than a decade, Dr. Adam Martin envisioned a new kind of practice—a membership-based, concierge model defined by personalized care and the patients’ needs first. Dr. Martin hired ENV to translate this vision into a physical space that blends the efficiency of a medical office with the hospitality and comfort of a spa.

The 2,673 sf tenant improvement project, located in a two-story medical office building, was meticulously designed to optimize patient and staff flow. The final design successfully separates the four well-appointed exam rooms and open nurses’ station from the front-of-house patient experience. The welcoming reception and waiting area utilize a calming palette of muted colors, soft accents, and natural wood tones to immediately put patients at ease, moving away from a traditional, sterile clinical feel.

Functionally, the design supports the high level of service:

• The open corridor and nurses’ station feature custom millwork and integrated technology to maintain staff efficiency while promoting seamless collaboration.
• Behind the scenes, two private offices and a dedicated staff lounge and break area ensure a high-quality environment for the team.

The thoughtful selection of durable yet sophisticated finishes—including patterned wall coverings, soft commercial carpeting, LVT, and a collection of original artwork—culminates in a space that is not only highly functional but also reinforces the brand promise of premium, patient-first care.
