Take-Two Interactive

Delivering four full, redesigned floors for this video game developer over multiple construction phases required blending just the right amount of architecture, structural engineering, interior design, and branding. After choosing to stay in their existing location, ENV focused on the details within Take-Two’s headquarters that mesh with the company’s personality, and created a series of non-standardized design solutions aimed at activating character and texture within the space.

Take-Two’s reception floor is an immersion in contemporary technology, blended with the company’s unique branding. Throughout the headquarters of this casual workplace, ENV emphasized the company’s unique personality and included such amenities as a laundry room, kitchen, roof deck, multi-purpose boardroom and game demonstration room, along with an entire floor of open plan workstations and perimeter offices in the executive area.

Rotating the lower portion of the existing scissor staircase by 90 degrees, we were able to add a conference room with a skylight and a large waiting breakout area. This is a great example of achieving what our clients need with time, budget, and sustainability in mind.

“We are respectful to what each building offers us. If you work with the building, work with the client, and design to bridge the gaps between the two, that is success for us.” - Annie Lee, Principal, Interior Design
