SimpliSafe

SimpliSafe (a Boston-based home security company) selected Henrico, VA as the second location for their national call center. A two-story, phased project build-out spread across 60,000 square feet will bring over 500 new jobs to the region. The call center sits atop retail stores at Willow Lawn Shopping Center, just outside Richmond City limits. The design and build-out was completed within a six-month time frame in order to expedite SimpliSafe’s opening.

The Reception showroom features a mock up entry door that displays products to view and test. Various collaborative areas such as conference rooms, huddle rooms, and open seating are sprinkled throughout the space.  A large IT Work room is available and equipped with full-time staff assistance, when needed. Amenities include a large break room which can be opened up to larger space, or divided by an operable partition to create smaller break out conferencing, a Mother’s Room, and private focus rooms for heads down work, when needed.
