Dodge Foundation
ENV in partnership with AKT Designs provided full architectural and interior design services for the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation’s Newark headquarters, creating a space that reflects the organization’s values of inclusivity, community, and forward-thinking philanthropy. The foundation, which is dedicated to supporting creative, resilient, and equitable communities—particularly through arts, education, environmental sustainability, and social justice initiatives—required a space that embodies transparency, openness, and warmth.
The design blends natural textures and contemporary elements to foster a welcoming and collaborative work environment. The conference rooms and open-plan workstations were designed to encourage teamwork while allowing for flexibility and privacy.
