ENV worked with the developers and local government agencies to develop a project that brings a modern life to Rocky River, while complimenting the local architecture. Located on the shores of Lake Erie, the project consists of a 5-floor condominium building comprised of 24 oversized units, and 4 separate townhome buildings.
