Consumer Opinion Center

The Consumer Opinion Center recently renovated 13,000 square feet for use in product testing and consumer feedback with a new brand. Members of the public can sign up to test product packaging and tobacco products and provide feedback inside a fully renovated space equipped for this unique purpose. ENV was thrilled to be involved in creating this specialized and important function for one of Richmond’s largest corporate clients.

Panel rooms and in-context areas allow customers to sample and test products, while being inconspicuously observed by corporation staff through two-way mirrored glass.
